Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TMIYC ("we", "us", "TMIYC") operates the market intelligence terminal available at tmiyc.trade (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service is — and isn't

TMIYC provides market data, news aggregation, macro calendars, on-chain "whale" tracking, sentiment scores, auto-generated lessons, and a demo trading bot whose trades are simulated on a Bybit demo account. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, and past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

On the Whale tier only, you may connect your own exchange API keys to enable real order execution, strictly within the risk limits you configure. We never take custody of your funds and never ask for withdrawal permissions on any exchange API key.

3. Subscriptions & billing

The Service is offered as a digital subscription (SaaS) across four tiers: Free, Premium, Pro, and Whale. Paid tiers are billed either monthly or annually, in advance, via the payment method you provide at checkout.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from the Billing dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period, subject to our Refund Policy.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and may include applicable VAT depending on your billing address.
• We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice; your existing price is locked for as long as your subscription stays active without a cancellation gap.

4. Account & security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is required for the Whale tier and available to everyone else. Notify us immediately at hi@tmiyc.trade if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service beyond documented APIs; (b) use the Service for market manipulation or unlawful trading activity; (c) share a paid account beyond the seats included in your tier; (d) attempt to circumvent risk limits or kill-switch controls on the Whale tier.

6. Referral program

Registered users may share a personal referral link. A referrer earns a 20% recurring commission on subscription payments made by users who signed up through their link, for as long as the referred user remains subscribed. Commissions are held as an account balance and may be withdrawn once the balance reaches $50, paid out in USDT (TRC-20) to an address you provide. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions obtained through fraudulent, self-referral, or abusive sign-ups.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting hi@tmiyc.trade.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". Crypto markets are volatile and trading — including trading you configure on the Whale tier — carries a real risk of loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMIYC is not liable for trading losses, missed signals, data delays, or third-party exchange outages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the changelog and, where required, by email at least 15 days before taking effect.
